Lucy Hale Gets Flirty in ‘You Sound Good to Me’ Video

Lucy Hale: 'You Sound Good To Me' Video Premiere - WATCH NOW!

Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale is celebrating, but it has nothing to do with the “A” chase on the ABC Family show.

Although she has always been dedicated to being an actress, Hale has sung before, concretely on the soundtrack for Canadian romantic comedy film “A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song“, released in 2011, including the lead single “Run This Town“. Her msical influences were Shania Twain and Faith Hill, that’s why her music style is country-pop.

After debuting her first song, “You Sound Good to Me,” on Monday, the actress premiered its music video during Pretty Little Liars on Tuesday night.

The 24-year-old actress/singer tweeted ahead of the premiere, “My smile is not leavin my face today. You all have NO idea how much I’m appreciating this love. My friends, family, and all y’all…thank u!”

“That was an incredible feeling ! What’d you guys think of the #YouSoundGoodToMe video ??! Hope y’all enjoyed it!” she added after. The visual debuted during the winter premiere of Pretty Little Liars on ABC Family.

In the vid, Lucy flirts with a super hunky guy as the two enjoy a road trip through the country side with friends. After goofing around in what looks like a truck stop, they get more serious by nightfall as they sit around a campfire … and eventually kiss!

Viewers who are familiar with Hale as her Pretty Little Liars character, Aria Montgomery, may not see her as a native Tennessean who “grew up listening” to country music,” Hale said on Twitter’s country music live chat Jan 6. “It’s majority of what I listen to now. It felt genuine and felt like home.”

The Pretty Little Liars star plans to release her full debut album in the spring. “I want to create music as long as the world will possibly let me,” Hale said on Twitter. “I want to tour, see every place possible.”
